We feed our microgreens a 100% Organic diet, they listen to Zen music to promote healthy growth & are nurtured in a totally stress-free environment. The seeds are grown on 100% organic coconut fiber & grown on food safe pans where the roots will thrive & grow. The hydroponic trays protect the microgreens from drying out between watering cycles. They begin to germinate within 2-4 days on average & ready to harvest between 7-21 depending on the variety. Monticello Microgreens ® offers living microgreens, petite greens, exotic herbs & edible flowers delivered with roots attached to insure freshness, either in our “Living Trays” or retail packaging. Our produce stays fresh in our easy to maintain living trays for days. Untouched plant roots keep our plants alive & ready to be harvested on demand, truly “farm to fork”.
